1) Educational Qualification Certificates (Mark Sheet and Certificate of any Higher Qualification) e.g. – Your Degree Certificate, Diploma Certificate, Transcript, Mark Sheets, Registration Certificate, Course Completion Certificate etc. (Any One)
2) Additional Qualification Certificates (If any, Optional)
3) Identity Proof (Any One – Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID Card, University Identity Card, College I-Card, Employee Identity Card etc)
Proof of Identity Documents Containing your Name and Photo (Any One) :
Aadhar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Ration/ PDS Photo Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Nationality Card, Government Photo ID Cards/ service photo identity card issued by PSU, NREGS Job Card, Photo ID issued by Educational Institution, Photo Bank ATM or Credit Card, Pensioner Photo Card, Freedom Fighter Photo Card, Photo Bank Passbook, Bonafide Certificate, Letter from Gazetted Officer, College or Hostel Letter, Library ID Card, School Bus Pass, Railway Pass, Any other Photo ID etc..
4) Address or Residence Proof (Any One) :
Proof of Address Documents Containing your Name and Address (any one):
Aadhar Card, Passport, Bank Statement, Bank Passbook, Post Office Account Statement/Passbook, Ration Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Government Photo ID cards/ service photo identity card issued by PSU, Electricity Bill, Water bill, Mobile / Phone Bill, Property Tax Receipt, Credit Card Statement, Insurance Policy, NREGS Job Card, Pensioner Card, Vehicle Registration Certificate, Registered Sale / Lease / Rent Agreement, Bonafide Letter, Caste and Domicile Certificate having Photo issued by State Govt., Gas Connection Bill, Letter from Gazetted Officer, College or Hostel Letter, Library ID Card, School Bus Pass, Railway Pass, Any other address proof etc..
5) Passport Size Color Photograph (Apply for I-Card from Student Control Panel)
6) Optional- If you are using your friends, family members or any other persons Credit Card or Debit Card for Course Fee Payment, then you have to submit ANY ONE additional document. A photo ID of the card holder whose card has been used for transaction.
This may be any one of the following: – Driver’s License or, Social Security Card or, Passport or National Identity Card or, PAN Card / Voters Card. OR The credit card statement, which clearly shows the card number & the billing address of the card. The statement should be a recent one and should be of the same credit card used for the transaction with Front copy of your card.
IMP. NOTE- Aadhar Card, eAadhar Letter, Passport, Smart card Driving License, Voter ID Card, Job card by NREGA are the only documents which will be considered as ID and Address proof. (Submit Any One)). Students can submit parents address proof documents, (attested by parents).
